Most of the time I look pretty grim. Like I’m about to be caught doing something really bad.

It doesn’t matter that I feel perfectly fine, it’s just that, as an introvert, I live inside my head.

The intensity thing sometimes gets in the way of having fun. I’m so busy being serious, that I forget to look around and have a good laugh. To do something mindless or silly in the name of fun.

Loosening up tends to be a problem I share with a lot of my clients and friends.   To this end, I’ve gotten big into assigning them (us) movies to make them (us) laugh.
